Aaaaah, the Memories!

This is a fairly easy post to participate in, and I think it is fun to think of the good times we have all had together....with friends and with family.  Just complete the following simple rules... no pressure!

1.  As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together.  It doesn't matter if you knew me little or a lot, anything you remember!

2.  Next, repost these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you.  It's actually pretty funny to see the responses.

3. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.  Enjoy!

The Rest of the Family.....warped in soooo many ways!

Mistaken Identity!

Whew!  We made it through the Jodi's Bridal Shower!!  The planning and partying was fun....but I just had some crazy tests to get out of the way last Monday before I could get it done.  The challenge was to talk my Mom off the ledge and keep her worrying to a minimum.  After we assured her people would come, it was all good.  We had tonz of family, neighbors, and some of Jodi's friends all at my Mom's house.  It was good to see everyone, and thanks to all who helped me get it together (shout out to Aunt Ilene & Mo, and of course my Mom).  I think we had a good time, and I know Jodi & Jaryd appreciated all the gifts.....she has nothing at her apt!

Oh, the title of this post is because there were several people in Cedar & at church who thought that either Jayli or I were Jodi!  We both got congratulated by several people who were embarrassed when we told them who we are!  These were people who have lived in our ward for years!  I know that I don't get to church in Enoch much (my Dad is the Bishop), and most people in my parent's ward don't really know I exist.....but mistaking Jayli?  Ha ha!  It was pretty hilarious, I was even asked to play the organ in church next week!  Jay & I had a good time with it though.....a little girl thought we were twins. =0)

I also had a good time playing with my sisters and my computer program called Photo Booth.  If any of you have a Mac, I would strongly recommend it for some simple, entertaining, belly laughs!  Not only did we take a pic of everyone at the shower, but then Jodi & Jaryd (her fiance), Jayli & her boy Logan, and I all had a good time with messing around with it.  We even caught my bro John & his wife Shalene on it before they went to work.

Jayli & I sucked helium (ok, I just sucked) and then we sang songs for the camera.  She is hilarious!

The Virgin Blogger

Well, here it goes...... I don't have cute pictures of kids or pets, but I figured why not?  Maybe by the time I have kids I will be really good at blogging.  Plus, I am more likely to write in a blog than I am a journal, which I am not that proud of but its the truth.  I will probably ramble a lot-those of you who receive any of my voicemail messages can testify of this. =0)  When I'm not zoning out in class and/or watching ridiculous reality TV shows, I learn a lot of helpful things each day!  I am very blessed because of this, even though its hard to remember this at 5:00 pm after being in class for 8 hrs!  I think there will come a time when I will miss each part of my life, for one reason or another.....and maybe I can look back at what I wrote and remember details (whether they are good or bad).
